Join Arup as a Senior Intelligent Mobility Systems Engineer, focusing on enhancing transportation solutions for increased mobility and accessibility across Canada. This senior role offers a blend of technical leadership and strategic planning.
Arup seeks an experienced engineer with a deep understanding of ITS and intelligent mobility to improve transit reliability. Oversee projects related to Autonomous Vehicle Corridors and Smart Cities while providing mentorship to developing engineers. Your strong analytical skills will support the creation of data-driven reports that drive impactful decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of ITS strategies and designs
• Manage project tasks and client relationships
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical support
• Perform detailed analyses and generate reports
• Create designs for ITS infrastructure at all milestones
Requirements:
• P.Eng. in Canada or eligible for licensure
• At least 10 years of relevant engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in transportation or similar fields
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with traffic modeling software
