Position: Mechanical Engineering Lead for Optical Modules
Take the lead in developing advanced optical pluggable modules as a Mechanical Engineering Lead. Drive innovation through collaboration and robust engineering practices in a supportive culture.

This role requires a hands-on approach to designing mechanical components with a focus on thermal and structural aspects of optical modules. With a foundation in mechanical engineering and over a decade of experience, you will conduct simulations and oversee prototype transitions while working closely with integration teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize mechanical components for optical modules

• Conduct thermal simulations and finite element analysis

• Develop and review precision CAD models for manufacturing

• Perform tolerance and stress analysis as well as DVT

• Collaborate with suppliers to overcome integration issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 10+ years of mechanical design experience

• Expertise in thermal design, FEA, and CAD (Creo)

• Proficient in conducting stress simulations

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
