Arcadis is on the lookout for a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the nuclear fuel cycle. This senior role will have you providing technical leadership and mentorship while shaping practices in environmental radiation and radiation protection. You’ll engage in diverse projects, from mining to waste management, and help expand business with crucial clients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical aspects of high-risk radiation projects

• Guide project management and financial controls effectively

• Collaborate with engineers and scientists on strategic objectives

• Enhance service quality for clients and ensure compliance

• Mentor and coach less experienced team members

Requirements:

• 15+ years of nuclear and radiation risk experience

• Master’s Degree in Nuclear Science or related field

• Project Management experience, PMP is advantageous

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with industrial and First Nations projects
