The Senior Test Engineering Developer - Project Lead is a full-time role focused on technical and project management leadership. You will guide cross-functional teams in developing test systems for military applications, ensuring high performance and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of test development projects
• Provide technical mentorship to Test Engineers
• Manage team performance and career development
• Define project schedules and manage budgets
• Collaborate on test strategies with Design Engineering
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of test engineering experience
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Extensive experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE)
• Familiarity with defense-industry standards and compliance
