Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D for Ethernet Ser Des and Interface PHY IP

• Resolve customer-critical issues and support root-cause analysis

Requirements:

• PhD/MS/BS in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 15+ years of semiconductor development experience

• Proven leadership in significant schedule and quality impacts

• Strong Ser Des PHY digital development knowledge

• Track record in managing distributed engineering teams
