Be a part of SiTime's innovative analog design team as a Senior Analog Design Engineer focusing on high-performance CMOS circuit blocks for precision clocking applications.
In this role, you will work on advanced clock and timing products, collaborating with industry experts to design analog and digital CMOS circuits. Your experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design will be invaluable as you prepare technical reviews, test prototypes in the lab, and work closely with remote teams on complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-performance timing CMOS circuits
• Prepare technical design documentation and reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams
• Test and debug prototypes in a lab setting
Requirements:
• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design
• Expertise in CMOS or BiCMOS design
• Understanding of device physics and process technology
• Familiarity with Cadence simulation tools
