Mechanical Designer for Communication Devices

In this position, you'll bring over five years of mechanical design experience, particularly in plastic injection molding, to develop desktop, hand-held, and DECT phones. Use Pro/ENGINEER Creo or Solid Works to create precise 3D models and support product lifecycle improvements. Your collaboration with engineering and manufacturing will help maintain product excellence throughout development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design mechanical components for communication devices

• Create 3D models and 2D drawings in Creo or Solid Works

• Develop layouts for PCBs and integrate electronic enclosures

• Perform tolerance analysis using GD&T principles

• Support prototype fabrication and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of mechanical design experience

• Proficient in Pro/ENGINEER Creo or Solid Works

• Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes

• Experience in mechanical PCB layout design

• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
