Reporting to the Manager of Production Irradiator Engineering, you'll engage in all design and manufacturing aspects of irradiator components. Collaborating closely with Project Management and Production Controls teams, your work will directly influence project timelines and budgets. The position requires a proactive approach to design coordination and safety analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and manufacture of irradiator components

• Coordinate prototype manufacturing and testing processes

• Conduct safety analyses and engineering calculations

• Create test specifications and execute testing protocols

• Compile testing results and generate comprehensive reports

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of mechanical engineering experience

• Professional Engineer designation or eligibility

• Competency in finite element analysis with Solid Works

• Knowledge of mechanical stress calculations

• Experience in prototyping and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
