Pro Eng is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Designer/Engineer to drive the design of HVAC, fire protection, and building systems from concept through deliverable. You will lead small projects, balance technical rigor with practical leadership, and coordinate across a multidisciplinary team in Ottawa.
The ideal candidate is a licensed P.Eng with 4–10 years of experience and a strong sense of ownership, ready to mentor others and grow into a project-management role.
