Project Engineer in Advanced Vetronics

Lead a high-performing engineering team at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada as a Project Engineer. This role focuses on steering advanced projects within our Land & Joint division to enhance national security.

We seek an experienced Project Engineer to guide a team in delivering mission-critical solutions. You'll provide leadership during project execution, ensuring strong communication and collaboration across departments and with clients. This position emphasizes quality documentation and maintaining project timelines with a focus on impactful performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct engineering teams throughout project execution

• Schedule design review gates in line with development frameworks

• Oversee project documentation and maintain high quality

• Collaborate on project performance reviews to analyze risks

• Identify product and process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field

• 10+ years of engineering experience required

• Strong interpersonal and managerial skills

• Proven experience with electronics hardware development

• Willingness to obtain Canadian government security clearance
