Optical Components Mechanical Engineer Role

Become part of Sanmina Corporation’s Advanced Microsystems Technologies team as a Mechanical Design and Analysis Engineer. This role requires expertise in mechanical design and advanced FEA for innovative optical solutions.

As a vital member of the multidisciplinary development team, you’ll engage in mechanical design and analysis to support new product introductions and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:

• Design optical components such as lasers and detectors

• Execute finite element analysis for product performance assessment

• Ensure designs comply with industry standards

• Perform statistical tolerance analysis for your designs

• Work closely with process engineering to align designs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• At least 8 years of design and analysis experience

• Skilled in AutoCAD/Solid Works and Ansys

• Knowledgeable in optical and microelectronic technology

• Strong written and verbal communication
