As the Team Leader, you will manage avionics technicians, ensuring top-notch maintenance and timely repairs on both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead avionics maintenance teams on aircraft systems
• Plan repair and modification schedules efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory frameworks
• Provide expert technical support in troubleshooting avionics
• Oversee training and certification of technicians
Requirements:
• Valid Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License, Category E
• 6 years of recent avionics maintenance experience
• Previous team leadership in aviation settings
• Capability to communicate technical information effectively
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and environments
