Experienced Reliability Engineer – Inpho

Elevate your career as an Experienced Optical Reliability Engineer with Inpho, a startup leading in photonic technologies. This role focuses on end-to-end reliability characterization, enhancing device performance across various optical components.

As part of Inpho's multidisciplinary team, you'll explore the reliability of InP-based photonic devices such as EMLs and lasers. By working with design, engineering, and external partners, your insights will lead to improved robustness and innovation in optical interconnect systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion reliability characterization of optical devices

• Analyze and correlate degradation with device operational physics

• Define stress conditions for testing new optical device technologies

• Develop acceleration models predicting optical device lifespan

• Drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field

• 3+ years in relevant reliability engineering roles

• Deep understanding of optical device performance parameters

• Experience with optical characterization data

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and standards
