Position: Customer Assurance & Security Compliance Role
Join Behavox as a Customer Assurance and Security Compliance Analyst. This hybrid role focuses on risk management, compliance auditing, and enhancing customer security engagement through AI tools.

As part of the team, you will own compliance activities, manage the internal risk register, and work closely with revenue teams to support customer assurance initiatives. Your duties will include responding to RFIs and leading risk assessments, ensuring comprehensive documentation and adherence to security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute security RFI and compliance questionnaire processes

• Coordinate and support annual customer risk assessments

• Lead calls to discuss documented security and compliance measures

• Maintain and manage records in GRC platforms seamlessly

• Apply AI tools to enhance compliance workflows and checks

Requirements:

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification mandatory

• Demonstrated experience in compliance and audit management

• Knowledge of frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO standards

• Understanding of risk and remediation governance processes

• Expertise in AI-enabled compliance solutions
