Your proficiency in fiber optics enables you to produce product specifications and collaborate closely with Product Line Managers. Additionally, you will mentor future talent and engage cross-functionally to solve complex challenges.

• Architect new optical solutions ensuring enhanced performance
• Author Product Specification documents for feature clarity
• Collaborate with teams to define and support customer requirements
• Assist in addressing complex field issues and troubleshooting
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their development
Requirements:
• Solid background in fiber optic technologies and system designs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Strong experience in optical link budgeting and analysis
• Familiarity with YANG data models and structures
