Engineering Manager at General Dynamics

Join the International Air team within our Air & Naval business area, managing delivery and overseeing engineering effectiveness. You will guide a diverse group through complex systems and foster collaboration among multi-discipline teams. Daily responsibilities include meeting customer requirements, executing compliance, and making informed trade-offs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage program execution within schedule and cost constraints

• Lead engineers in software and systems development

• Monitor engineering effectiveness and adjust processes

• Ensure compliance adherence and contract closure

• Support program management and resolve customer issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Significant engineering experience with integrated systems

• Experience leading multi-disciplined engineering staff

• Excellent communication skills for diverse interactions

• Familiarity with AI/ML models preferred
