In this Manager position, you will oversee a team of approximately six engineering experts, ensuring the application of rigorous RMT&S practices across all programs. This role emphasizes technical governance and people leadership while maintaining high standards for safety and reliability. Your ability to balance resource planning and employee development will be crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the RMT&S team
• Own and optimize RMT&S functional capabilities
• Serve as the Safety Authority for the Business Area
• Manage resources across multiple engineering programs
• Provide oversight of safety and reliability engineering activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in system safety and reliability engineering
• 5+ years of leadership in a matrixed environment
• Expertise in safety standards and program plans
• Ability to influence decisions across organizations
