We are looking for a highly motivated Principal Electrical Engineer to spearhead the development of next-generation electro-optical products. With at least a decade of electrical engineering experience, you will provide technical leadership throughout the product lifecycle—including concept, feasibility, NPI, and high-volume manufacturing. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will drive advancements in optical communication solutions and nurture emerging talent in engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive technology development for electro-optical modules
• Provide expertise in signal integrity and power integrity
• Optimize design using advanced substrates and interconnects
• Oversee SMT and micro-electronics manufacturing processes
• Lead evaluations for new technology productization
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years in electrical engineering
• Proven expertise in advanced substrate technologies
• Strong understanding of SMT manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills
