Process Mechanical Co-op: Packaging & Integration
Lumentum Canada invites an enthusiastic student to join the Advanced Packaging and Integration Team in Ottawa for an 8‑month co‑op/internship. You will contribute to the Optical Circuit Switch development, focusing on package assembly, integration, and sealing processes within a multi‑disciplinary environment.
You will gain experience with MEMS technology, DOE studies, and data‑driven process improvements while collaborating with multiple engineering teams.
