In this senior leadership position, you will oversee all aspects of instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems within Valar Atomics' facilities. Your focus will encompass workforce planning, operational quality, and safety assurance, ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering, operations, and construction teams. You will empower front-line supervisors and engineers to foster a culture of safety and performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage IC&E field operations and personnel
• Plan staffing, resources, and project schedules
• Recruit, onboard, and develop technical staff
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Oversee system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with electrical and instrumentation systems
• Proven leadership in technical supervision and team development
• Strong understanding of industrial safety and quality requirements
• Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications
• Willingness to travel between project locations
