HIL Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced HIL Commissioning Engineer to support the setup, configuration, commissioning, and validation of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test systems for automotive embedded systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with HIL hardware, test bench integration, troubleshooting, and automation of ECU testing environments.

• Commission, configure, and validate HIL test benches and hardware systems.
• Integrate ECUs, sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces into HIL environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot dSPACE or NI-based HIL systems.
• Work with CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, and vehicle communication protocols.
• Develop and execute test scripts using Python, CAPL, or automation tools.
• Perform hardware and software integration, system verification, and fault diagnosis.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, communication, and test bench issues.
• Collaborate with software, systems, and validation teams to ensure test environment readiness.
• Document commissioning activities, test results, and technical issues.

• Hands‑on experience with HIL commissioning and test bench integration.
• Strong knowledge of dSPACE tools:
  Configuration Desk, Control Desk, and Automation Desk.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and plant model integration.
• Knowledge of CAN, CAN FD, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet.
• Experience with CANoe, CANalyzer, ECU diagnostics, and fault injection.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot hardware interfaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or a related engineering field.
