As part of the Hardware Engineering team, you'll support product ramp and sustaining activities for Wave Logic optical modems, renowned for their exceptional data rates. This intermediate engineering role combines data analysis, lab debugging, and cross-functional execution. You will be integral to improving product quality and manufacturability while collaborating with diverse engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large-scale manufacturing and test data

• Perform hardware and optical debug of failed modules

• Plan and release design and process change orders

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

• Summarize data analysis and findings for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 2-5 years of hardware engineering experience

• Proficient in statistical analysis techniques

• Experience with Python or MATLAB for data analysis

• Ability to work collaboratively in a lab environment
