Senior Mechanical Engineer & Team Lead - End-to-End Systems
W3 North America seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Canada to lead a small engineering team and own complete packaged mechanical systems from concept to fabrication and commissioning in a hands-on role.
You'll mentor 3–4 engineers, specify components, review drawings, and coordinate with sales and production to ensure timely delivery. P.Eng preferred but not required;
Solid Works/AutoCAD experience essential.
