Engineering Laboratory Coordinator

Coordinate engineering laboratory equipment and testing in Ottawa, Ontario, with hands-on measurements, calibration activities, and technical documentation support.

The Engineering Lab Coordinator maintains test benches, tools, equipment records, and laboratory readiness. This full-time onsite role supports Sustaining Engineering through data analysis, design verification, and technical investigations. It also supports Engineering Change Order processing and documentation revisions.

• Coordinate laboratory equipment calibration activities and tracking
• Maintain equipment records, tools, test benches, and supplies
• Support equipment maintenance, servicing, upgrades, and modifications
• Perform measurements and document design verification test results
• Support ECO processing, investigations, troubleshooting, and data analysis

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology or related technical discipline
• Minimum two years of relevant industry experience, or equivalent
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Operate oscilloscopes and understand high-speed signal measurement fundamentals
• Demonstrate attention to detail, communication, accountability, and quality commitment
