Nuclear Project Controls Planner Scheduler

Plan complex nuclear projects using Primavera and Visio while coordinating schedules, budgets, and deliverables across regulated environments.

This Project Controls Planner/Scheduler supports Target Delivery Systems projects and reports to the Manager, Project Controls & Analysis. The role coordinates engineering and construction schedules, Primavera P6 activities, subcontractor progress, earned value reporting, and Nuclear Work Management requirements. It involves influencing internal departments and customer representatives to maintain schedule adherence and project success.

• Develop and maintain detailed engineering and construction schedules
• Establish schedule baselines aligned with budgets and project goals
• Coordinate execution readiness, documentation, permits, and planning activities
• Track station milestones and support outage readiness meetings
• Report schedule status, earned value, and project KPIs

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related discipline
• Seven to ten years coordinating large-scale nuclear or energy projects
• Strong understanding of Nuclear Work Management processes
• Technical proficiency in Primavera, AS9, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated budget, schedule, stakeholder, communication, and leadership skills
