Public Address Announcer ( Frontier League Titans Frontier League

The Ottawa Titans are hiring a bilingual Public Address (PA) Announcer to work all Titans home games.

The PA Announcer must speak fluent French and English and will report to the Manager, Digital Media & Game Presentation and play an important role in the fan experience and game entertainment. The role is part-time, seasonal
, following the Titans home schedule. If your application is of interest, you will be contacted to send demo tapes for review.

Duties

• Announcing pregame activities, starting lineups, all in-game action, public address announcements, presentations and other announcements that come up throughout each game.
• Provide an energetic atmosphere at our events through pregame and in-game action.
• Review and provide feedback on PA script with game operations personnel to ensure a high level of accuracy and execution.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Fluently Bilingual in French and English
• Previous experience relating to public address announcing
• Ability to work all Titans home games
• Knowledge of baseball
• Ability to multi-task in a stressful environment
• Comfortable announcing to crowds of 2,000+ people on a microphone
• Comfortable announcing complex names from a variety of ethnic backgrounds
• Ability to read a script and adapt on the fly if needed.
• Always maintain a professional image whether on or off the microphone.
• Canadian citizenship/residency or valid work permit

The Ottawa Titans Baseball Club is a professional baseball team that plays in the Frontier League, an 18-team league based in the U.S. and Canada, ranging from Quebec City to Mississippi. 2026 will be the team’s 5th season, seeing consistent attendance growth each year.
