Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor gaming activities and ensure adherence to policies

• Supervise and improve Dealer performance

• Manage and approve dealer bankroll transactions

• Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction

• Promote a friendly and professional work environment

Requirements:

• One year as a Table Games Supervisor or equivalent

• Two years of Table Games experience

• High school diploma or similar qualification

• Ability to be a registered Gaming Assistant

• Understanding of compliance and gaming policies
