** Compensation:** $22.75/hour                                                                                    
** OVERVIEW:
** Responsible for creating a memorable experience for our patrons by maximizing uptime of the machines with preventative maintenance and quickly and accurately repairing slot machines as needed.
** RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Supports the excitement on the gaming floor by assisting with new slot machine installs, software upgrades, theme conversions and slot machine moves.
* Assists with jackpot wins by ensuring slot machine integrity.
* Performs preventative maintenance on machines and casino equipment to ensure the integrity and proper functionality of casino equipment.
* Responsible for documenting, reporting and sharing information.
* Works under AGCO regulations and internal policies and procedures to ensure your compliance with all applicable laws, policies and procedures.
* Ensure the cleanness of their working areas and the gaming floor.
* Ensure prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
* Other duties as assigned

** EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:***(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)
** A Secondary School diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education with a background in electronics.
* 1+ years’ hands on working experience in a Slot Operations or Electronics area.
** SKILLS
* ** Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication.
* Working knowledge of computer software packages and the ability to troubleshoot electronic equipment.
* Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
* Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements.
* An ability to work in a physically demanding area and be familiar with a high-volume, fast paced, shift work environment.
* The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
* Professional* Great attitude and team worker
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
* Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members

* Physical Requirements:

*** Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
* Ability to walk distances.
* The employee must frequently lift/push/pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.
* Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment, but there will be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, excessive noise.
