OverviewResponsible for creating a memorable experience for our patrons by maximizing uptime of the machines with preventative maintenance and quickly and accurately repairing slot machines as needed.
Responsibilities- Supports the excitement on the gaming floor by assisting with new slot machine installs, software upgrades, theme conversions and slot machine moves.
- Assists with jackpot wins by ensuring slot machine integrity.
- Performs preventative maintenance on machines and casino equipment to ensure integrity and proper functionality.
- Responsible for documenting, reporting and sharing information.
- Works under AGCO regulations and internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies and procedures.
- Ensures the cleanliness of working areas and the gaming floor.
- Provides prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education And /Or Experience Requirements(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)
- A secondary school diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education with a background in electronics.
- 1+ years’ hands‑on working experience in a slot operations or electronics area.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication skills.
- Working knowledge of computer software packages and the ability to troubleshoot electronic equipment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to take initiative to recommend projects and product improvements.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and be familiar with a high‑volume, fast‑paced, shift‑work setting.
- Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
- Professional.

- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members.
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.

Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment, but there will be times when you need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino‑related environmental factors including excessive noise.
