• Operate the weight‑station scale (Operating hours from Monday to Friday 8am‑5:30pm)
• Enter appropriate data into our computer system
• Communicate with drivers through the speaker system to determine type of material being dumped, etc.
• Direct trucks to the appropriate location on site
• Process payment from customers, as needed
• Other job‑related duties as needed

Willingness to work overtime as required by business needs (Saturday 8am to 1pm) and must be able to remain seated for extended periods.

• Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to pass all pre‑employment verifications
• Some previous admin experience
