As a full-time permanent supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that all gambling transactions meet company policies and guest expectations. This position emphasizes your capacity to manage table limits, resolve complaints, and foster a team-oriented culture, pivotal for our brand's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach Dealers and monitor their performance standards

• Oversee table limits and gaming activities effectively

• Resolve guest complaints swiftly and professionally

• Conduct equipment checks and card changes as needed

• Maintain a friendly and productive team environment

Requirements:

• One year experience as a Table Games Supervisor

• Two years in Table Games as a Dealer

• Ability to register as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant

• Strong communication and guest-focused skills

• Familiarity with gaming management systems is a plus
