Position: Assistant Technical Director for Live Nation

In this pivotal position, you will assist the Technical Director while leading the production crew in a fast-paced environment.

Your role includes maintaining technical inventory, coordinating equipment readiness, and ensuring production needs are met for a variety of events. Passion for live entertainment and technical excellence is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover for the Technical Director when necessary

• Manage in-house production teams

• Ensure production consumables are current

• Assist in departmental training and resource maintenance

• Facilitate operational feedback loops with management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role

• Over 5 years of stage or touring experience

• Familiar with lighting and audio systems

• Experience with various technical protocols

• Strong decision-making and organizational skills
