Operations Manager at Nation

Position: Operations Manager at Live Nation
Become the Operations Manager at HISTORY Ottawa, part of Live Nation Entertainment. Oversee event operations, support staff, and create memorable experiences for concertgoers.

In this key full-time role, you will work alongside the General Manager and Senior Operations Manager at a state-of-the-art venue. You’ll play a crucial role in driving operational success for over 180 events each year while providing support and guidance to event staff. Your focus will be on fostering a positive environment during events by ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for event staff during shows

• Support day-of-event operations with a visible presence

• Manage staff schedules, time-off requests, and changes

• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate updates

• Document and maintain management reporting as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in management

• Smart Serve Certified and at least 19 years old

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours

• Bilingualism in French is an asset
