Join the team at Live Nation Entertainment as an Operations Manager in Ottawa. This part-time role requires at least two years of experience in management and strong strategic thinking. You will oversee event execution, manage schedules, and maintain operational efficiency throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as main contact for event staff during shows
• Support day-of-event execution on the floor
• Coach and mentor staff to ensure high performance
• Facilitate pre-shift meetings with operational updates
• Document management and accurate reporting
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Smart Serve Certified and 19 years of age or older
• Minimum 2 years in a similar management role
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Availability for weekends and holidays
