Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Technical Director in daily venue operations

• Manage technical aspects during events as needed

• Maintain production inventory and logs consistently

• Guide in-house crew in stage, sound, and lighting setups

• Enhance venue communication and interdepartmental coordination

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year leadership in entertainment venues

• 5+ years in tour or stage production experience

• Proficient in stage lighting and audio systems

• Knowledgeable in technical protocols and applications

• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
