This role within the Office of Continuing Professional Development involves managing multiple events to support recruitment and fundraising activities. You will work with stakeholders to discuss event requirements, oversee logistics, and ensure successful execution while training supervisory staff. The contracts available include durations up to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and design engaging on- and off-campus events
• Organize and oversee event logistics and setup
• Train and supervise volunteers and support staff
• Create and manage event budgets effectively
• Participate in marketing strategies for events
Requirements:
• Diploma in marketing or event management
• Five years’ relevant experience required
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
