Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach dealers in your section

• Monitor transactions and manage dealer bankrolls effectively

• Handle concerns and disputes from casino guests

• Ensure compliance with gaming and safety regulations

• Maintain the quality and functionality of gaming equipment

Requirements:

• Experience as a Table Games Dual Rate Supervisor

• Knowledge in dealing core games like Blackjack, Baccarat

• Ability to meet the qualifications of a Gaming Assistant

• Strong verbal communication skills in English;
French is a plus

• Proven organizational and interpersonal abilities
