Join Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa as a Part-Time Casino Security Officer and contribute to a safe gaming environment. Monitor activities and assist guests while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining security in the casino, helping staff and patrons with inquiries, and performing regular patrols. You must have strong communication skills and an understanding of safety protocols to address any issues effectively. A commitment to responsible gaming is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol designated areas to maintain security presence
• Observe and report any suspicious or unusual activities
• Prepare detailed incident reports for documentation
• Assist guests with inquiries and directions
• Collaborate with emergency services as needed
Requirements:
• Diploma in Law and Security or equivalent experience preferred
• Current First Aid/CPR certification required
• Must be capable of obtaining Gaming Assistant registration
• Must be able to lift and move objects over 25 pounds
• Minimum age of 19 required
