Assistant Technical Director for HISTORY

This role involves collaborating closely with the Technical Director to oversee daily production needs at Ottawa's newest venue. You will lead the in-house crew and ensure all technical requirements for incoming shows are met. With a focus on maintaining equipment and facilitating inter-departmental communications, your contributions will significantly enhance the success of various events throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Technical Director with daily production operations

• Lead in-house crew to facilitate successful shows

• Maintain and update production inventory and manuals

• Ensure equipment readiness through regular checks

• Report to the Technical Director and GM

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year leadership experience in venue operations

• 5+ years in tour/stage production or equivalent

• Proficient in stage lighting and audio systems

• Strong decision-making and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely
