This full-time permanent position under the Customer Service Manager requires overseeing Customer Relations staff in a high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct shift work for Customer Relations staff

Requirements:
• Diploma in Marketing or Business discipline
• Minimum two years' experience in public relations
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• Competent in MS Office Suite
• Capability to register as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant
