The National Arts Centre is searching for a Technical Director to oversee technical aspects for the Fourth Stage. This position involves leading the technical team, enhancing the production experience for artists, and executing efficient operational strategies. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards across diverse live shows while supporting both established and emerging talents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely execution of performances and technical setups

• Collaborate with the production team for quality shows

• Support artists with technical needs

• Create detailed technical drawings for productions

• Oversee budgeting and scheduling for events

Requirements:

• At least five years of relevant experience

• Expertise in all technical production facets

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

• Fluent in English and French

• Experience in unionized crew supervision
