Position: Pantry Administrator for Event Coordination
Become the backbone of event success as the Pantry Administrator ure seamless food and beverage distribution while managing suite orders on Event Day.

In this key role, you will oversee suite pantry operations, handling everything from order verification to staffing communication. Your responsibilities will span pre-event preparations, real-time order management, and post-event billing processes. You will work independently to guarantee precise inventory counts and smooth service delivery throughout event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute paperwork and handhelds to Suite Attendants

• Ensure accurate order entry into POS systems

• Communicate promptly with event management and staff

• Verify accuracy of orders and billing paperwork

• Organize and clean the POS station after events

Requirements:

• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred

• Basic math and counting skills needed

• Ability to lift up to 25lb occasionally

• Independent work with minimal supervision required

• Completion of Food Handler and Alcohol Service training
