Creative Design Director

Position: Creative Design Director at Blackbird Interactive
Lead creative vision at Blackbird Interactive as a Design Director. Foster a collaborative design culture while focusing on narrative, gameplay, and player engagement in a remote-first environment.

As the Design Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping world-class IPs and original projects. With at least 10 years of game development experience, including 5 years in senior roles, you will guide the design team and collaborate across disciplines to execute engaging storytelling. Your leadership will ensure quality and alignment in creating memorable player experiences across diverse genres.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the creative vision with project leadership and stakeholders

• Lead the development of narrative and gameplay elements

Requirements:
