As a Players Club Representative, you will oversee the enrollment and management of the casino's rewards program. This vital position demands excellent service, providing guests with detailed information on benefits and assisting them with redemptions and account inquiries. Strengthening guest relationships and encouraging participation are key to this impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enroll guests into the loyalty program

• Pack and issue rewards cards

• Help guests with questions and special requests

• Keep player data updated in the system

• Assist guests at events and promotions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in guest service or training

• Availability for flexible hours

• Excellent English communication skills

• Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds
