We are looking for a skilled Event Supervisor to take charge of our exciting puppy therapy events in Ottawa. As a part-time employee, you will oversee the seamless execution of events, motivate your team, and handle all aspects of operations. Your leadership will directly impact guest satisfaction and team cohesion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality execution of events on-site

• Monitor and enhance guest experiences throughout events

• Conduct daily team briefings and training sessions

• Manage inventory levels and supply needs

• Uphold animal welfare and safety standards during events

Requirements:

• Strong leadership abilities and team engagement skills

• Commitment to working four shifts/month including weekends

• Ability to lift items up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods

• Experience in high-energy, evolving environments
