Position: Shift Manager and Pit Manager Role

As a Dual Rate Shift Manager at Hard Rock Ottawa, you will alternate responsibilities between Pit Manager and Shift Manager roles. Your expertise in managing Table Games, including staffing, game protection, and customer interactions, will be essential. You will ensure exceptional gaming experiences while maximizing product revenue and protecting the Hard Rock brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Table Games operations during assigned shifts

• Manage team member performance and attendance records

• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies

• Monitor game spread and adjust table limits as needed

• Resolve guest issues and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Two years as a Table Games Pit Manager or above

• Five years in Table Games as a Dealer or Supervisor

• Exceptional guest service and communication skills

• Ability to obtain registration with Alcohol and Gaming Commission

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
