As a Validation Specialist I on an 18-month contract, you will oversee the verification of customer organizations and manage certificate orders s position involves direct customer interaction through various channels, emphasizing problem-solving and efficient service delivery. Your contributions will help maintain customer satisfaction and support internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage TLS and security certificate order processing
• Conduct thorough verification of organization details
• Provide exceptional customer assistance in multiple formats
• Resolve issues independently and escalate significant cases
• Handle daily customer base activities effectively
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or related fields
• Strong research capabilities and communication skills
• Committed to working onsite in Ottawa five days a week
• Ability to adjust to evolving business needs
