As the first face clients see at our Bayshore Mall location, your excellent customer service skills will shine through every appointment. You will meticulously evaluate each vehicle to maintain high service quality and complete necessary paperwork in our system. This customer and transportation role emphasizes teamwork while delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a unique experience tailored to every customer

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively

• Inspect all vehicles for potential quality issues

• Efficiently manage customer documentation

• Collaborate with team members on diverse tasks

Requirements:

• Completion of high school or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year in the automotive field preferred

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role

• G Drivers License valid in Ontario

• Clean abstract and background check required
