This 1-year contract role reports to the Project Manager for Marketing & Communications and plays a crucial part in overseeing all aspects of event management. You will engage in market research, assess event opportunities, and support high-level speaking engagements, fostering connections that align with organizational goals. Your organizational skills will ensure seamless event logistics and the success of Bio Talent Canada's initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics

• Manage event budgets and expenses

• Conduct ROI analyses for participation decisions

• Collaborate with teams to align event strategies

• Develop presentations and marketing collateral

Requirements:

• 2+ years in event planning or marketing roles

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Relevant degree/diploma in Communications or related fields
