Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and guide the game’s long-term vision
• Develop and execute robust business and staffing plans
• Direct live operations and content production
• Manage studio teams across key disciplines
• Collaborate with stakeholders for performance reporting
Requirements:
• 10+ years of game development experience
• Leadership role experience of at least 3 years
• Successful titles shipped with live operations
• Expertise in F2P GaaS economy
• Proficient in analytical decision-making techniques
